Sweet Sweater Pumpkins: From Farm to Market

From Farm to Market.... well, kind of!
I'll be heading out from Southern California on Thursday morning,
transporting HUNDREDS of my Original Sweet Sweater Pumpkins
up to the Remnants of the Past Antique Show!

The beautiful Remnants show is held at the famed Madonna Inn in San Luis Obispo, CA
and features over 140 booths filled with inspiring home decor, artisan goods, and antiques.
The vendors and presentation are the best in the vintage business!

You'll find my pumpkins in the Julie O'Keefe Home & Garden booth
located along with Coco's legendary Grenouille in spaces #46 through #48

Pumpkins will be available in many sizes and in these colors:
LIGHTS (whites & ivories)
NEUTRALS (tans & khakis)
BRIGHTS (oranges & persimmons)
and even BLACK!

I also made some special extra large sized pumpkins
some limited-edition 'Luxe' pumpkins from angora and cashmere sweaters
JUST for this show!

Julie is one of my retailers, and has been selling my pumpkins this fall
in her lovely store in La Canada, California.
She called me and offered to sell them in her booth at the show
after she heard that Kymberley Fraser's 'A Beautiful Mess' was suddenly unable to be there as a vendor.
Isn't that a NICE thing for her to have done?! I think so!
I am looking forward to helping Julie and Coco set up their booths on Friday,
and then be an extra set of hands for them during the show.

I am thrilled to be able to attend this show with my pumpkins again...
[that's them up above, in my booth at the October 2010 show]
I was a vendor at Remnants several times with my former business, RetreatStyle.
There was a lovely story about the Remnants show in a magazine earlier this year,
and I was stunned and honored to see that photos of my booth were included.

Remnants is a show experience like no other...
Hostess Judy Watkins is a generous and professional show producer,
her staff is amazing, her vendors are all top-notch,
booths are theatrical experiences, and the thousands of attendees are delighted
[I mean, Rachel Ashwell calls this one of her Top Five Favorite Shows in the WORLD!]

I've met so MANY wonderful people at this show...
and for me, the chance to see them AND some friends from the Pacific Northwest show circuit
that I was part of for six years is just the icing on the cake. a really SWEET cake!

So what are YOU doing this weekend?
Come to San Luis Obispo, California and find some REMARKABLE
seasonal and holiday decorating  inspiration!
