salvaged silver tray pumpkins

salvaged silver trays paired with simple kitchen serving tools
become elegant pumpkins in this project,
and can be adorned with just about anything you choose...
the fall leaves here include yellow tones to fit my 2021 obsession!

the large silver tray in the back had a big fat handle,
so i just turned it so that became the 'stem'.

two more silver trays and one silver tart pan form the smaller 'pumpkins'...
here are close-ups of the fronts AND backs of each:

two roasting forks and one silver cake server are the 'stems' -
 i just taped them to the backs of the trays with packing tape!

these are displayed in my faux fireplace, but they can also become wall art -

each 'stem' has a hole that would easily slip onto a nail in the wall 
or allow hanging on a door 'wreath hook';, as shown below:

heavy duty duct tape holds the smaller tray to the larger one
for this 'wreath' arrangement.

a welcoming seasonal message can be added with paint, stickers, stencils, or decals.

gleaming copper trays would work beautifully, as well!
